Products may come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. Overland Protocol does not offer any of our own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. Certain products are intended for off-road use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY. As stated above we are not responsible for shipping cost unless specified. Any item that is altered or changed from its original state without the consent of the manufacture, will not be able to be returned or receive warranty support. The warranty of a product is facilitated by Overland Protocol, however we can only enforce the manufactures decisions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that any placement of products do not void the manufacturer's warranty with their vehicle.
Shipping
If there is an error in the shipping rate quoted we will contact you and let you know of the changes. In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by Overland Protocol, we will arrange for the package to come back to us and ship out a replacement. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
Overland Protocol DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES unless approved by Overland Protocol. If you modify, install, or alter the item in any form, we cannot accept it as a return, will not cover any expenses related to the product or installation, and you maybe be required to purchase a replacement.
If you receive a damaged product, please do the following:
IMMEDIATELY CONTACT US:
Keep the product with its original packaging and box
Make a list of the damaged or lost item(s)
Overland Protocol will contact the shipper once we receive the email info above. DO NOT send it back to the return address without written approval from Overland Protocol. Once the product is received back and inspected, a replacement or credit will be issued.
Special Order Items
Some items may be special order specifically for the customers vehicle. These items generally require a deposit or paid in full. Once this deposit amount is notified to the customer and they agree to order the special order item, the deposit becomes non-refundable. These special order items cannot be returned or resold. Cancellations are not allowed on special order parts.
Limitation of Liability
Overland Protocol shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Overland Protocol has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a Overland Protocol product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Overland Protocol reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Overland Protocol reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Overland Protocol shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Overland Protocol reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Overland Protocol reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. Overland Protocol may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed a online, phone order, or other type of order with Overland Protocol, you have entered in a contract to purchase and your credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. If you need priority delivery then please contact us for immediate attention.
Because Overland Protocol reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, typographical, product photo, and/or pricing errors that may occur do not entitle a customer to receive something from those errors. Overland Protocol cannot be held responsible for honoring purchases caused by such errors and will simply take action to correct the error. These errors are not a misrepresentation of a product, business, manufacture, or sale, but a error which Overland Protocol's responsibility is to correct the error.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Overland Protocol without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
